How to find Oppurtunites
How to create offers
How to build operations

If you want to create, own or operate your own offer. I will teach you how.

How to find them, build them and scale them.

My name James Van Elswyk and I have generated well over 1 Billion in Revenue with a very healthy 8 figures in profit for myself in my career.

I have done it all from

  • Generating and Selling Leads
  • Running Large Call Centers (400 agents on the phone)
  • Being an Affiliate
  • Starting and Selling an Ecommerce Company
This is the education I have waited for years and years to teach.
This is 30 years of self-employment and business building to learn.
This is 16 years of being a marketer and offer creator/owner to know it well enough to teach.

It IS the most valuable shit I have in my head for marketers that want to exit the rat race of competing for leftover scraps as an affiliate.

Stopping the pattern -

  • Of having to fight a new fight every day.
  • Of having no edge.
  • Of not building anything stable or long-term.

If you are an affiliate, an agency, a network, EVEN if you own your own business, you are actually working for someone else.

Bottom line - Do you pay people or do they pay you?

There is no shame in that… I have done it off and on for the last 12 years as an affiliate, a network, and an agency.

  • Want to be first in the profit waterfall?

  • Want to eat first and not last?

  • Want to make the most in the food chain?

Be First.

  • He who hesitates is lost.
  • In the land of the blind, the one-eyed man is king.
  • First come, first served.
  • Opportunity seldom knocks twice.

When you find and create offers, you have the ability to make big profits before the sharks have eaten up the margin and ruined the opportunity.

When I own my own shit

The longer an offer exists, the more the profit margin is compressed because:

  • 01

You lose first mover advantage in the algo.

  • 02

It gets saturated with other advertisers.

  • 03

The low-hanging fruit converters were taken.

  • 04

The call centers or traffic buyers adjust their CPA.

There becomes a stabilization between supply and demand.

Once an offer equalizes, everyone fights for scraps or gets super aggressive to create margin using deception… not real marketing.

I have been in the marketing space since 2008, and I recently realized I have been early so many times.

I never thought about it until debt settlement gained popularity for affiliates again this year in 2024.

Change to Heres My Personal History of Being Early

2008

I first touched debt settlement in 2008, selling leads from email, television and radio.

2010

I generated leads with Google Search, TV, and Direct Mail for loan mods.
Opened call center for loan mods -

2014

I ran pay-per-call for student loan consolidation on Facebook. The mobile newsfeed ads were just launched, and I ran pay-per-call before there was a pixel. I optimized for visitors to the website and calculated volume by the number of visitors onGoogle Analytics. Opened Call Center. I had my first Facebook accountbanned.

2015

I started running solar lead gen on Yahoo Gemini.

2016

I started running solar leadgen on Taboola and Outbrain.

2018

Got my first Facebook rep,and failed at dropshipping (wasn’t early).

2020

Started ads on TikTok Beta program.

2021

Ran ads for PPP loans.

2022

Ran some of the first PERC leads.

2023

Started to run ads for Semaglutide.

2024

Launched Telehealth platform and launched B2B lead gen offer still not on networks.

There are failures in almost all those years as well… a bunch

Am I a fortune teller? No, definitely not.

Did I have misses in there that cost me a lot of money? Yes.

But there was more money made and fewer fails as time has gone on.

I didn't become a better marketer… I have actually gotten worse I think.

I became better at the 3O’s:

  • Finding the opportunities
  • Figuring out offers as early as possible what would and wouldn’t work
  • Learning how to operate offers

I will teach this as well as what I'm into now, which I think is the best or 2nd best opportunity I’ve hit.

I will teach details, I will share templates, I will share Excel spreadsheets and other things you can hold in your hands, but most importantly, I’ll teach ideas or insights.

These are true nuggets and wisdom pearls.

You won’t know what most of these things mean, which is good.

These are things that have repeated enough times in my career that they got their own name for me and my team to just share the name and not have to explain the concept.
